we have opened technical service hotline (tel: 0571-88771029) responsible for equipment operation, maintenance and technical advisory to ensure equipment normal operation and make sure we can response to the customers in time and help them to solve problems. we will provide training for relevant personnel of the users to make them able to carry out daily maintenance and troubleshooting and to make them comprehensively master equipment programming and operation, we will provide them with special tools, password, drawings and service manual, etc; the company shall provide on-site operation training for the user’s operating personnel.
2) we will perform test and maintenance on places designated by the users each term to ensure the customer’s interest. the products of our company are of high quality and we provide free repair during warranty period and lifetime maintenance system.
3) establish customer files and improve product quality. except for technical advisory, the company is also in charge of collecting and organizing users’ complaints, consultant information to make sure the users’ questions and requirements are dealt with in time. we will follow up and verify the handling situation and establish files to provide basis for quality improvement.
4) we provide a 6-year free warranty period for bidding documents and lifetime maintenance, free replacement and upgrade of product design and quality, we provide services and accident reason analysis for system failure, we will pay all expenses (including labor costs, material costs and traveling expenses)if system failure is caused by equipment itself.
5) the customer center provides fast efficient service and makes sure to respond within 1 hour after receiving customer complaint and arrive at the site within 4 hours. provide standby goods or components for replacement if repair is unavailable within 24 hours so as not to influence school teaching activities.
6) work for warranty period: routine inspection, adjustment and lubrication.
7) maintenance instructions after the expiry of the warranty
price of spare parts and operation and maintenance cost after the expiry of the warranty: arrive at the site to deal with defective products after receiving customer notice, offer expense preference which is current market cost price.
