this device is equipped with pneumatic device, sensor, pneumatic manipulator device, loader, feeding transmission and sorting device, thermal treatment and heating furnace device, trolley movement device, water tank liquid level device, pump executive device, liquid level and flow sensor device touching screen module (optional), programmable logic controller (plc) (optional), transducer (optional), and so on. the whole system provides a open training platform for the modularized structure. the training modules can be configured in according to different training requirements; meanwhile, school can configure (plc) modules and transducer and touching screen module in according to their teaching needs and can add some other training modules. the system is mainly composed of three systems, the level instrument control system, the industrial thermal treatment furnace control system, and the mechatronics control system (including the manipulator and sorting system). the control part of the system adopts touching screen module and plc, the executive structure realizes the automatic movement of the whole system through the gas drive device of the pneumatic electromagnetic valve-air cylinder. the connection of modules of the whole training assessment device adopts conductor jointing to make sure the safety of training and assessment.
