content of training:
we will provide detailed product description and data according to contract list. we will provide a training on equipment operation, management, repair and maintenance for relevant personnel after equipment installation and distribute related documents to the teachers. we will send our service training engineer to your site and provide you with the following training on equipment equipment operation, repair and programming, maintenance in the early use stages:
the training consists of three parts:
1. equipment basic usage (including equipment operation method and other relevant connecting equipment interconnection and operation method);
2. precautions for use and periodic maintenance;
3. we will regularly invite professional instructors to explain specialized technical knowledge and the user could attend the training according to your own time arrangement.
we will provide technical training on operation and maintenance for technical administrative staff designated by the customer in the process of weak current system installation, construction, debugging and operation design by us. the overall processed training is the most acceptable and convenient for the user’s technical staff and they can quickly master the technical conditions.
our engineer will provide on-the-job training on the user’s operator during maintenance period to eliminate those small faults immediately after they appear to avoid influencing system operation. in the meanwhile, we will provide free lab teaching courseware and you can enjoy free courseware disc update service; offer the supplier with free electronic practice base teaching materials, teaching plan, teaching program, etc.
